A Popular Magic Kingdom Restaurant Gets a MAJOR Menu Update


The Magic Kingdom Plaza at Walt Disney World is a hidden gem, but also a fan favorite for many. Themed in turn-of-the-century style, Disney World guests are fully immersed in the atmosphere, incredible service and, of course, delicious cuisine at The Plaza on Main Street, USA.

However, if you are planning to dine at The Plaza at Walt Disney World Resort in the near future and have visited before, you may notice that the menu has undergone a major update! Let’s dive in and see exactly what’s changed so you can prepare ahead of your next Walt Disney World vacation.

The Plaza in Magic Kingdom offers guests a wide variety of dishes, including deli-style sandwiches, mouth-watering burgers, and decadent desserts. Now those dining at the Plaza will have even more options to choose from as the menu has expanded!

Previously, The Plaza offered very few entrees, including a wedge salad and loaded fries. Now, as you can see in the photo above, there are more choices for guests, including pan-fried crab cakes and chili!

As for starters, if you’re looking for a meatless option, The Plaza now offers an Impossible Chili Burger. But if you’re a meat eater, you now have the option of choosing between several sandwich-type meals or, of course, the classic meatloaf that’s been on The Plaza’s menu for some time now.

Be sure to save room for dessert as The Plaza now offers a wide selection of cakes, shakes, ice creams and sundaes! The iconic banana split is still on the menu, but now guests can choose from chocolate cake, dark chocolate banana bread pudding, brownie sundae and The Plaza restaurant sundae!

Dive into a deli-style lunch or dinner with sandwiches, burgers, house plates… and desserts galore too!

Want lighter meals? Then the BLT salad is a surefire choice! Or explore the middle ground with options like the Fried Chicken Sandwich or a Club Plaza Turkey. And don’t miss some of our biggest hitters, including House Meatloaf, Roast Beef Au Jus and Main Street Burger.
