Carnival gives sneak peek at New Years Eve 2021 menu

Carnival Cruise Line Brand Ambassador John Heald shared the line’s New Year’s Eve gala dinner menu, which will be served on December 31, 2021 on all vessels in the fleet currently sailing.

  • Shrimp Cocktail – American cocktail sauce, lime garlic remoulade
  • Tuna Crudo – Citrus slices, garlic mojo vinaigrette
  • Smoked Duck and Figs – Mini parsnips, pumpkin jam, black cherry sauce


  • Bouillabaisse – Rouille, baguette crouton
  • Sopa de Queso – Sonora queso fresco, cheddar, Yukon gold and tomatoes
  • Veal & White Cheddar Katsu – Marinated radish, roasted carrots, peach marmalade
  • Kilpatrick Baked Clams – Crayfish, Chorizo ​​and Parmesan Stuffing


  • Garnished watermelon and cucumber – Mint, greenery, radish, cream cheese, pepper and maple vinaigrette
  • Iceberg & Arugula – Roasted tomato vinaigrette & gorgonzola pepper
  • Caesar salad – Traditional preparation with house vinaigrette, parmesan shavings
