Chick-fil-A’s subsidiary, Little Blue Menu, recently debuted in Nashville, TN.
The new venture from the famous Atlanta-based chicken chain is a delivery kitchen concept combining three new virtual restaurants – Garden Day, Flock & Farm, and Outfox Wings – along with traditional Chick-fil-A menu items. Atlanta will be the next city to check out Little Blue Menu as Chick-fil-A plans to open the second location in its home port next year.
From Main Street Nashville, all Little Blue Menu dishes will be prepared under one roof with customers able to mix and match offers from different virtual restaurants and have their meals delivered in one bulk order. The menu includes bone-in chicken wings with homemade sauces, oven-roasted marinated chicken and fresh garden salads.
Named after the original Blue Menu from Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy at Hapeville Dwarf House, Little Blue Menu is designed to continually change to provide guests with a variety of options.
“The flavor profiles are fantastic,” said LJ Yankosky, senior manager of the beyond the restaurant team at Chick-fil-A. “The culinary team, led by Senior Culinary Senior Developer Stuart Tracy, is world class, and the ingenuity they have harnessed for each menu does not disappoint. “
True to its Chick-fil-A roots, Little Blue Menu will be closed on Sundays. The Nashville location is open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
The exact date and location of the next Atlanta location has yet to be announced. A note on the brand’s website reads: “We have our eyes on you in 2022! “
