Cochon Butcher and La Boulangerie offer a catering menu for Thanksgiving

Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski and the award-winning culinary team of The Link Restaurant Group offer a catered menu for a Thanksgiving feast to take home and serve: Cochon Butcher takes care of your classic holiday meats and sides, and The Bakery prepares pies, cakes, biscuits and table bread.

“At Butcher, we offer three choices for our free-range Bell & Evans turkeys,” Stryjewksi said. “Our smoked turkeys are already cooked and ready to serve at room temperature or can be reheated. Home-brined, ready-to-cook turkeys are a classic choice, and our delicious Homemade Blood Pudding Stuffed Turkey, which is also ready to cook at home, is sure to be the star of any feast.

Each Bell & Evans turkey weighs between 12 and 14 pounds. before cooking and feeds about 6-8 people. In addition to turkeys, Butcher offers holiday ham, bone-in marinated rib roast, jambalaya-stuffed whole chicken, smoked meats, deli meats, and even whole pigs. In addition to meat treats, Butcher’s deli menu also features all the classic Southern Thanksgiving dishes. The sides are available in small format, which feeds approximately 3 to 5 people, or in large format, which provides three times as many servings. Sides include shrimp and eggplant vinaigrette, broccoli and rice casserole, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, pickled Brussels sprouts, and smothered greens. Additional sides and toppings are coleslaw, potato salad, gravy, La Boulangerie rolls, cranberry satsuma sauce, chicken and sausage gumbo, and smoked sausage jambalaya. La Boulangerie’s Thanksgiving menu features everyone’s favorite sweet treats: pumpkin, apple and pecan pies, lime pie, chocolate cream pie, coconut pie, with lemon meringue, chocolate ganache tart and strawberry tart. Cakes include Double Chocolate, Red Velvet, Carrot, Coconut, and Salted Caramel Doberge. Also available are vanilla cheesecake and apple crisp. Family and friends from out of town can’t miss a butcher’s feast this Thanksgiving or Christmas season. From a special holiday ham meal that feeds 4-6 people, to meat packets and boxes of deli meats for four, Pig fans can enjoy Pig via, now and throughout the year.
