NEW ORLEANS (press release) – It’s time to make your Thanksgiving plans! Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski and the award-winning culinary team of The Link Restaurant Group offer a catered menu for a Thanksgiving feast to take home and serve: Cochon Butcher takes care of your classic holiday meats and sides, and The Bakery prepares pies, cakes, biscuits and table bread.
“At Butcher, we offer three choices for our free-range Bell & Evans turkeys,” Stryjewksi said. “Our smoked turkeys are already cooked and ready to serve at room temperature or can be reheated. Home-brined, ready-to-cook turkeys are a classic choice, and our delicious Homemade Blood Pudding Stuffed Turkey, which is also ready to cook at home, is sure to be the star of any feast.
Each Bell & Evans turkey weighs between 12 and 14 pounds. before cooking and feeds about 6-8 people. In addition to turkeys, Butcher offers holiday ham, bone-in marinated rib roast, jambalaya-stuffed whole chicken, smoked meats, deli meats, and even whole pigs. In addition to meat treats, Butcher’s deli menu also features all the classic Southern Thanksgiving dishes.
