Asian-Latin fusion Crudos Art House now offers a la carte, Omakase and prix fixe lunch menus

MoonMat Hospitality, the team behind SoFlo favorites The fusion art of Crudo Wynwood and Hallandal Fusion Art by Crudohave recently added the latest masterpiece to their portfolio with Crudos ArtHouse. Impressing dinner guests with a lively, delicious and immersive experience since it opened in May 2022the newest Crudos, located in the heart of Coral Gables at 2415 Ponce De Leon, just launched a new Executive lunch menu offering diners prix fixe, omakase and a la carte menu options.

The fixed price four-course menuprice $35 per person, is a mix of Asian, Latin and American cuisines. Customers first embark on this gastronomic experience with the choice of a aperitif such as Edamame, Duck gyoza, Tuna tartar sauce, salmon sashimiWhere Edamame Hummus. Main dishes include the ArtHouse Burger, Steak Rice, Langostino rice Where Cioppino with bread ($8 extra). The experience continues with a dish from the grill – either Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast, Snapper, Grilled salmon, Grilled Langostino Where churrasco (additional $8).

If that wasn’t enough for a midday feast, diners can also choose two sides among restaurant favorites including white rice, corn stew, fingerling potatoes, glazed mushrooms, asparagus and seasonal vegetabless as well as to consider sorbet or ice cream for dessert.

Sushi lovers can engage in the option of indulging with the Sushi lunch experiencean omakase tasting at the hands of the talented Itames (sushi chefs) in the upstairs space, A.K.A. Bedroom. Customers can choose from Area of ​​interest ($32) menu that includes Chef’s appetizer, Sashimi dish, Tuna Nigiri, Salmon nigiri, Hamachi Nigiri, Truffled avocado nigiriand Salmon maki; or the little higher A.K.A ($40) option including Chef’s appetizer, Sashimi dish, Tuna Nigiri, Hamachi Nigiri, Scallop Nigiri, Truffled avocado nigiri, Tuna makiand Blue Crab Maki.

A la carte lunch options include traditional maki rolls like Salmon ($14), hamachi ($9), Tuna ($11), Shell ($12), California blue crab ($12) and Vegetarian ($9); or nigiri 2 pieces including Salmon ($8), hamachi ($9), Tuna ($9), St. Jacques shells ($10) and Lawyer ($5).

Like its sister restaurants, the focus is on art in its various incarnations at Crudos Arthouse, including “pop” visual art, live entertainment, fine dining and fabulous drinks. Beyond the DJ booth, and up a flight of stairs is A.K.A. Bedroom. Here, foodies and drinkers will find a special area dedicated to Japanese whiskey and highball cocktails as well as a menu focused on temaki handrolls and omakase.
