Couvant Announces Thanksgiving Menu

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Couvant is thrilled to announce its pre-fixed Thanksgiving menu, available Thanksgiving Day from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. for those looking for a worry-free holiday dining experience full of flavor and fun. The restaurant will offer a three-course adult menu ($65++) and a three-course children’s menu ($35++) featuring the holiday flavors you know and love with a twist of Couvant. Reservations are mandatory (reservation via Resy or by phone).

Additionally, Couvant will be collecting “boxes for a cocktail” on Thanksgiving Day – for those who bring a canned item to the restaurant, Couvant will provide a free cocktail. All cans will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank.


  • Appetizers (select one): Butternut Squash Soup (Wild Mushrooms, Duck Prosciutto), Celeriac Agnolotti (Parmesan Mousse, Green Apple, Cashew Nuts), Beet Salad (Goat Mushroom, Candied Pecan Nuts, Green Apple, Farmhouse Arugula), Cloth Foie Gras (Satsuma Marmalade, Toasted Brioche (+$9).
  • Sector (select one): Heritage Roasted Turkey Breast (Dark Meat Fricassee, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Cornbread Vinaigrette, Cranberry Sauce and Sage Sauce), Crispy-Skinned Fish (Grilled Grand Isle Shrimp, Artichoke Baragoule, roasted garlic sabayon), prime rib (horseradish sauce, Jus sauce, Brussels sprouts, Beef Fat Potatoes (+14).
  • Dessert (choose one): All pies are served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Sweet potato pie, pecan pie, apple pie.


  • Appetizers (select one): Crispy Chickpea Fries (Tomato Aioli), Puff Pastry Bites with Cheese (Gruyère, Mornay Truffle).
  • Major: Turkey Platter (Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, Sauce).
  • Dessert (choose one): All Pies served with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream. Sweet potato pie, pecan pie, apple pie.
