Hard Rock Café Orlando offers a holiday menu

Evidence leads us to believe that CityWalk’s Hard Rock Café has embraced the seasonal menu even more. Recently, they announced a Thanksgiving (US) menu for November 25th.e, 2021. Now they have announced a holiday menu for the entire month of December. So what do you get at a themed restaurant for a vacation menu? In my casual glance at the menu, it’s not as thematic as the one on Thanksgiving Day. Still, I see several interesting options and ways to order.

First off, the holiday menu selection can be ordered as a two course for $ 33.95 or a three course for $ 39.95. The three-course menu is offered in a specific Prix Fixe style. The three courses are a starter, a starter and a dessert.

The two-course option would include either an appetizer or dessert.

The value can be found in the three-course option.

The two appetizer choices with this menu are a Caesar salad bruschetta or a chopped blue cheese salad.

The two dessert options are a holiday brownie (hot chocolate brownie topped with caramel and chocolate sauce, served with whipped cream) or an espresso martini (Gray Goose Vodka, Kahlúa, freshly brewed espresso, shaken until frothy and chilled).

The highlight of this holiday menu option are the entrees. If you want, everyone should be able to find a starter they will enjoy on this menu. The choices are:

Mushroom & Swiss Burger

Full Rack Baby Back Ribs

Grilled BBQ Chicken

Grilled salmon

The impossible hamburger

The Legendary Burger

Surf and Turf Burger

New York strip loin steak with marinated mushrooms

In this photo, the vegetables have been replaced by a salad.

As a Hard Rock Café veteran probably noticed, these aren’t really holiday dishes. All the Hard Rock Cafe has done is take the basic menu items and pack them into a Fixed Price style menu. The only possible exception is BBQ chicken which is not on the main menu at the time of writing. Yet it has already been in the main menu.

If you’re going to Universal Orlando in December 2021, this menu variation might help. The best value seems to be the salmon, the surf / turf burger, and the steak appetizer. If you were interested in these entrees then this holiday menu could be a great bonus. The Hard Rock Café should be given credit for at least trying to offer its customers something new this holiday season.
