For the latest:

There is a special guest vendor at the Emmaus Farmer’s Market on July 17. Hint: It has real appeal.

The Bananarama Frozen Organic Banana Whip Truck arrives at Emmaüs, bringing its unique dairy-free frozen treats made by taking frozen organic bananas, and turning them into ice cream with no additives. The whipping process creates a creamy, cold texture similar to ice cream with no added sugar or dairy. Then they take their banana whip and create sundaes, including options like strawberry shortcake, pina colada, and peanut butter crunch.

The market is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays at Emmaus Triangle Park at Fourth and Main Streets.

July 17-23 is Hellertown-Lower Saucon Summer Restaurant Week, with great deals and specials for diners.
