Kelsey’s, located inside the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, has updated its pub fare list to include signature cuisine for the big game.
The gastropub, which serves a variety of food and craft beers while the game plays on its flat-screen TVs, offers a Game Day menu with new dishes, cocktails and a special Sunday brunch.
The football menu includes an Octoberfest-inspired sausage platter with assorted sausages, pretzels and mustards for $19. It also offers additional entrees such as chicken wings ($12-$24), three-cheese quesadilla ($13), cooked pickles ($12), and onion rings ($12).
Some of the entree choices are loaded chicken nachos ($18), pulled pork sandwich ($18) and pork spare ribs ($18-$32). The restaurant has also added three new pizzas: cheeseburger ($19), three-point cheesesteak ($21) and truffle squash ($22).
Special cocktails include a Mango Margarita pitcher, made with Cazadores, Triple Sec, lime juice and mango puree, with a Tajín chamoy rim and Tailgate Lemonade, made with Jack Daniels, Triple Sec, lemon juice, Sprite, and garnished cherries and lemons. Each of the specialty cocktails are $30 and are served in pitchers, perfect for sharing.
The restaurant also offers an all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $44 per person and $30 worth of draft beer and cocktail pitchers. Foods include a build-your-own nacho bar, slider beef burgers, stone-ground yellow mustard brats, sticky ribs, carved-to-order smoked hickory tri-tip, and a side salad. harvest squash with kale, pomegranate and candied pecans.
