MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A restaurant in Concourse D at Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee unveiled an all-new menu on Tuesday.
The Garden District Kitchen & Bar will now feature an expanded menu emphasizing Wisconsin produce and signature foods, including Usersers corned beef and brats, jalapeño cheese curd with sriracha ranch and a fries from Milwaukee fish with cod, seasoned fries, fennel salad with apples, homemade tartar sauce and marbled rye.

The Garden District Kitchen & Bar was opened by HMSHost and Perlick during the pandemic.
“HMSHost and Perlick provide family jobs to hundreds of people in Milwaukee, and the investments they continue to make in our hometown airport are great news for the traveling public,” said the county executive of Milwaukee, David Crowley. “Visitors travel to Milwaukee to see family or friends and to attend conventions, sporting events or festivals. The Garden District Kitchen and Bar’s new menu will give them a taste of what Milwaukee has to offer.
The restaurant also has eight taps, six of which are dedicated to dispensing beers brewed in Wisconsin.
