New seasonal flavors coming out of the kitchen at PY Steakhouse (MENU)

With the cooler temperatures, a whole new season of sights, smells and, most importantly, the flavours.

Tucked inside Casino Del Sol, PY Steakhouse Now offers new seasonal dishes and local ingredients for its fall and winter menu.

Some of the new flavors you can expect to taste include Cocoa tagliatelle and the Maple Creme Brulee – both of which have the drive to wish you’d stop by the steakhouse sooner.

Cocoa tagliatelle includes braised duck leg, delicata squash, goat cheese, sage and braised pecan jus. If you’re already thinking about dessert, the maple crème brûlée is paired with local Arizona apple confit and spicy ginger cookies, a nice addition for the upcoming holiday season.
