Five new dishes celebrate the essence of Italian cuisine. “Carpaccio Di Polipo” is a classic appetizer of tender octopus carpaccio and seasonal vegetables in a refreshing lemon vinaigrette, while “Lasagne Bolognese” features alternating layers of soft sheets of fresh egg pasta, beef Bolognese sauce , bechamel sauce and two cheeses for a rich blend of aromas. “Costolette Di Agnello” is grilled lamb chops, perfect to accompany the well-balanced acidity of Italian wine, while “Filetto Di Manzo” is a beef tenderloin steak, a universal favorite among diners of all ages, and “Branzino Al Limone” is a pan-fried sea bass enhanced by the texture of the julienned vegetables and the tangy aroma of the lemon emulsion.
