The story continues below

For the Spring 2022 celebrations, PF Chang’s will observe Mother’s Day from April 20 to May 8. Graduation will be observed from May 9 to June 30, with Father’s Day celebrations joining from June 1 to June 19. For those dining, a fixed price menu is available from $50 per person including an appetizer, soup, main course, dessert and a celebratory glass of wine to toast the special occasion.

Additionally, and in line with the growing popularity of sake-based cocktails, PF Chang’s is pouring three new sake-based cocktails available for a limited time until November 9, 2022.

Here is an overview of the new cocktails:

  • Blooming Kyoto: Fresh strawberries, yuzu sake and elderflower liqueur to give the cocktail a refreshing and sweet flavor supported by aromatic botanicals from Suntory’s Roku Japanese Gin. The drink is topped with club soda to add a splash of effervescence.
  • lucky lotus: The Lucky Lotus offers Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori Saké and Rum Haven Coconut Rum. When combined with pure cane sugar, fresh lemon and a splash of half and half, these ingredients create a silky tropical flavor.
  • Sake Warrior: A blend of Moonstone Asian Pear Sake and White Peach with fresh lemon and lime juice for a bright flavor enhanced by Tito’s Craft Vodka.

Finally, for those ordering online, to celebrate at their own table, PF Chang’s offers personalized family meals for groups of two, four and six. To add to the gift-giving occasion, limited-edition gift cards designed for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and graduation celebrations are available for purchase at the restaurant and online at gift cards.
