The Ramona Senior Center at 434 Aqua Lane is open for in-person meals from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the daily lunch menu is also available for pickup between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ramona Meals On Wheels continues delivery to homebound seniors. All staff follow county guidelines for health and social distancing. Suggested breakfast donation for those aged 60 and over is $ 5. Wednesday December 29: Cheese ravioli, whole grain garlic roll, Italian vegetables, tropical fruits.

Thursday December 30: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, peas, orange, whole grain crackers.

Friday December 31: Closed for the end of year celebrations.

Monday January 3: Tuna salad on a slice of whole grain bread, three bean salad, carrot sticks, whole grain crackers, mixed fruit.

Tuesday January 4: Ground turkey chili, cornbread, whole grain crackers, tropical fruits, romaine salad.

Wednesday January 5: chicken with parmesan, penne, Californian vegetables, peaches.

Thursday January 6: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, pineapple, whole grain crackers.

Friday January 7: Chicken with lemon and pepper, wild rice, mix of spring vegetables, fresh orange.

Monday January 10: Chicken and broccoli casserole, mixed vegetables, whole grain crackers, fresh orange.

Tuesday January 11: Beef Taco Bake, rice, black beans & barley, romaine salad, mixed fruit.

Wednesday January 12: Baked fish, wild rice, Californian vegetables, pineapple.

Thursday, January 13: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, San Francisco mix, whole grain crackers, pears.

Friday January 14: Pulled pork, diced potatoes, pork and beans, whole grain roll, tropical fruits.

Monday January 17: Closed on the feast of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Tuesday January 18: Pork chop, stuffing, broccoli, romaine salad, applesauce, whole grain crackers.

Wednesday January 19: Chicken fajita, peppers and onions, rice, pinto beans, tortilla, tropical fruits.

Thursday January 20: Beef stew with carrots, potatoes, onion and celery, whole grain roll, fresh orange.

Friday January 21: * BIRTHDAY LUNCH * Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, spring vegetable mix, whole grain crackers, birthday cake, fresh apple.
