The famous fast-casual Mediterranean brand will celebrate the reopening of Plano and Southlake stores on October 27
Dallas, Texas (RestaurantNews.com) Mediterranean coffee from Taziki returns fresher than ever, reopening its doors to the communities of Plano and Southlake with groundbreaking ceremonies and $1 specials on Thursday, October 27.
Along with the reopening celebrations, $1 menu items will be offered at both locations all day, including the dip sampler platter (sample of four dips with pita), Greek salad (no protein), chicken soup with Lemon, Chicken Wraps with Fries, Chicken Gyro with Fries and Grilled Cheese Pita with Fries. This offer is only valid on October 27 for customers of Plano and Southlake restaurants. No substitutions. Limit of one of each item per guest while supplies last.
The Taziki’s Plano reopening celebration will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will feature a guest DJ playing until 12:30 p.m. in the newly renovated 2,740 square foot cafe located at 8305 Preston Road, Ste. 100, next to Pure Barre.
Southlake’s ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. at its 2,589-square-foot cafe located at 2750 East Southlake Blvd., across from the Cook Children’s Urgent Care Center.
But guests will want to get to both celebrations early as Taziki’s will be handing out goody bags filled with branded merchandise and specials to the first 25 guests at each location!
“We look forward to showcasing our new dining rooms and once again serving Taziki’s authentic Mediterranean dishes to these communities,” said franchisee Farzin Ferdopsi. “Our mission in redesigning these venues is to create a more efficient atmosphere for the in-person dining experience, while making it convenient for our on-the-go customers.”
Plano location customers can expect an updated To-Go and third-party pickup area for easier access and convenience. The Southlake location will launch a new digital menu screen to create a more dynamic and modern appeal.
Additionally, Ferdowsi and partner Benny Farzad, a native of Dallas, plan to open the first of their five new locations in Dallas-Fort Worth in the first quarter of 2023. Their plan is to grow the DFW market to bring awareness to the brand and reach new customers. .
“We want the brand to grow in the heart of Dallas and we think it will be important to open additional locations here soon,” Farzad said. “This is just the start of our 5-10 year growth plan for DFW. We believe, based on the quality of our food, that we will achieve our sales targets and have the potential to open 15-20 locations in the future.
Taziki’s Plano will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Southlake site will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
