Twin Peaks Bolsters menu for the summer season


Twin Peaks Restaurant has just added a little sweet, a little spicy and a lot of barbecue to its menu – just in time for the summer barbecue season

The ultimate sports lodge has announced that several new items have joined its flavor-rich menu of elevated cuisine offerings. Additions include Twin Peaks’ unique take on some summer classics – homemade smoked baby back ribs, sweet and spicy tangy honey wing sauce and a new cheesecake featuring a fan favorite cereal – Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

From now on, guests can enjoy the following, along with Twin Peaks signature 29 draft beer and scenic views:

  • Spicy Thai Ribs (aperitif) – Smoked and fried pork ribs, spicy Thai chili sauce, sesame seeds and coriander.
  • Sweet and Smoked Ribs Saint-Louis smoked pork ribs, smoky and sweet BBQ sauce, 3-cheese macaroni and creamy coleslaw. Available in half racks or full racks.
